Hyderabad: GITAM Alumni Sets 15th Guinness World Record
Shivali Johri Srivastava, along with her mother Kavita Johri Srivastava and father Anil Srivastava, alumni of GITAM Deemed-to-be University, Hyderabad (2016-20), have jointly secured their 15th Guinness World Record for the largest display of 3,200 origami pigs/boars. This remarkable achievement has just been confirmed after the validation and submission of a corroborating video.
This record also marks the highest number of records held by one family in Hyderabad, with a total of 15 Guinness World Records. The family expressed their gratitude for the support and encouragement provided by GITAM Hyderabad Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. D.S.Rao, Resident Director DVVSR Varma, Dr. Mallikarjun, and the entire GITAM family.
Before this latest record, the Srivastava family had secured 14 Guinness World Records for various displays including handmade paper dolls, quilled flowers, origami whales, penguins, citrus fruits, maple leaves, and more. In addition to their Guinness World Records, Shivali also holds fifteen Assist World Records and ten Unique World Records.
