GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, is set to organize two skill-enhancing academic programmes at its campus on 18, 20 and 21 February 2026, aimed at strengthening technical expertise and promoting research excellence among students, faculty, and scholars.
On 18 February 2026, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI & DS) will host a guest lecture titled “Data-Driven Decision Making under Uncertainty.” The programme is designed to enhance the analytical and technical competencies of undergraduate students during the forenoon session, followed by a research seminar in the afternoon for faculty members and research scholars. The session will be delivered by Dr.Bismark Singh and coordinated by Dr. Chandrasekhar Uddagiri.
Further expanding its academic initiatives, the University will conduct a two-day programme on “Quality by Design (QbD): Integrating Design of Experiments (DoE) in Pharmaceutical Research” on 20 and 21 February 2026. The event will focus on the application of DoE and statistical tools across various stages of pharmaceutical research, including drug discovery, development, analytical sciences, quality assurance, and regulatory science. The programme aims to provide a dynamic platform for meaningful interaction and knowledge exchange among academicians, researchers, and industry professionals. The event will be coordinated by Dr.Pavan Kumar Chintamaneni.
