Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy has firmly stated that he will overcome any obstacles and complete the Musi River rejuvenation. “Rejuvenating the Musi River is my dream. I am determined to make it happen,” he clarified.
By the time of the next elections, he announced that he will complete the #SLBC project 100% and bring Krishna River waters to Nalgonda soil. Along with completing SLBC, he made it clear that he will extend support for completing the Dindi project as well.
After laying the foundation stone for the construction of HAM roads at the Kanigala Market Yard in Nalgonda district, the Chief Minister arrived in Nalgonda town and laid the foundation stone for a drinking water scheme to be taken up with Rs. 83 crores in the Municipal Corporation under the aegis of the Telangana Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation #TUFIDC.

Gutha. Sukender Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, Ministers Shri Uttam Kumar Reddy, Shri Komatireddy, Shri Adluri along with people’s representatives and officials from the district.
On this occasion, addressing the people at a public meeting organized at NG College grounds, the Chief Minister assured that he will pay special attention to the development of #Nalgonda district and strive to complete every project reported.
“Due to #Musi pollution, the situation in Ibrahimpatnam, Bhuvanagiri, Munugode, and Nalgonda has become dire. When we say we’ll rejuvenate it, some are speaking out of turn with vested interests. No matter who opposes, we will rejuvenate the Musi and set an example for the nation. I will bring relief to the people of Nalgonda district,” he said.
He announced his readiness to discuss in the Assembly what has been achieved in the 30 months of the people’s government. He criticized that a decade-long devastation has occurred in Telangana.
“In the past, not even a single ration card was issued, but the people’s government has issued lakhs of ration cards. We are distributing fine rice at 6 kg per person to 3.28 crore people in the state. For Indiramma houses for the poor, we are providing Rs. 5 lakhs each. To support landless poor, we are providing up to 200 units of free electricity. We are providing gas cylinders for just Rs. 500.
For farmers’ welfare, we have spent 1.56 lakh crores in 30 months. We created a record by procuring 80 lakh metric tons of paddy. We provided a permanent solution to the long-pending SC classification. We have undertaken caste census. In 30 months, we filled 70,000 government jobs, restoring the self-respect of youth. No state in the country has provided so many jobs.
We have introduced from nursery to 12th class in government schools. We launched a program providing breakfast, midday lunch, and evening snacks. We have excellently implemented the Telangana Model School in six clusters.
By providing quality education, hundreds of Ambedkars should emerge from government schools to govern the state. To enhance skills in children, we established a Skills University and converted ITIs into ATCs,” the Chief Minister explained each welfare and development initiative to the people one by one.
“If we’ve done all this… it’s the commitment of the people’s government. A record. Aren’t these the victories achieved by the people’s government? People should think about it,” the Chief Minister urged.
On this occasion, the Chief Minister handed over checks to the representatives of Neelagiri District Mahila Samakhya (Nalgonda).
