President Droupadi Murmu extended greetings to the people of Telangana on the occasion of Statehood Day. In a social media post, the President said that Telangana is blessed with a rich cultural heritage and hardworking people. She said that the State has made significant strides in innovation and development over the years. The President also wished for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Telangana.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also conveyed his greetings via a social media post. The Prime Minister said that the people of Telangana are renowned for their creativity and business acumen. He said, the state boasts a great history and a glorious culture that stand as symbols of courage, determination, and the spirit of struggle.
Mr Modi reaffirmed the Central Government’s commitment to providing full cooperation to the development movement of Telangana in the direction of realizing dream of a Developed India. He prayed for good health, happiness, and success for the people of Telangana.
On the auspicious occasion of Telangana State Formation Day, Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy extended heartfelt congratulations to all the people of the state. Noting that the state of Telangana came into existence as a result of the sacrifices of countless great souls and the fervor of the movement, he paid glowing tributes to the immortal martyrs.
Highlighting that Telangana has realized its aspirations for a separate state and stands as a model for the nation in development and welfare sectors, he stated that the government is steadfastly working to propel Telangana toward comprehensive development, social justice, and economic progress following the establishment of the people’s government.
Reminding that priority is being given to farmers’ welfare, women’s empowerment, employment opportunities for youth, and development in education, healthcare, and infrastructure, numerous programs are being implemented. He noted that the government is continuously striving to deliver transparent and accountable governance in line with the people’s aspirations, ensuring that the benefits of development reach every family.
On the occasion of the Telangana Formation Day celebrations, the Chief Minister expressed his hope that all the people of the state will move forward united and with brotherhood, becoming partners in the reconstruction of Telangana.
