SIPB Approves Investment Proposals Worth Rs. 30,515 Cr in Andhra Pradesh

The 18th State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB), chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, has approved investment proposals worth 30,515 crore rupees from 50 companies, with the projects expected to generate 29,677 jobs across Andhra Pradesh.

During the SIPB meeting held at State Secretariat in Amaravati today, the Chief Minister said industrial growth should create employment and business opportunities for the poor and middle class, and directed officials to ensure that the benefits of development reach all sections of society.

He identified ethanol, semiconductors, quantum technologies, green energy and electronics manufacturing as key sectors for future growth. Mr. Naidu also called for stronger support to startups, industry-oriented education and the speedy implementation of approved projects.

The Chief Minister stressed the need for affordable housing near industrial clusters and better infrastructure to support investments and long-term economic growth in the state.
