Karnataka: Mysuru Lokayukta Police Files FIR Against CM Siddaramaiah In MUDA Scam Case

The Lokayukta Police in Mysuru has filed an FIR against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority, MUDA site allotment case. The FIR names Siddaramaiah as the first accused and his Wife and brother in law as other accused in the case.

A Special Court in Bengaluru had issued directions to the Lokayukta police to register a criminal case in the matter on a private complaint filed by RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna.

The Special Court Judgement had come a day after Karnataka High Court upheld the sanction granted by the Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot to conduct an investigation against Siddaramaiah in the case.
