Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu speaking at the virtual inauguration of Airbus India Technology Centre in Bengaluru today, Mr Naidu said, powered by the country’s skilled and youthful workforce, the new Airbus campus with advanced engineering and innovation centres stands as a testament to country’s growing strength as a Global Capability Centers powerhouse.
Under the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India has today emerged as a hub for Global Capability Centers. Airbus has opened its second largest digital centre outside Europe in India.
The new Airbus campus, built on India’s talented youth, further demonstrates India’s potential as a GCC power by establishing modern engineering and innovation centres.
The centre will provide Indian talent with the opportunity to design and develop key systems for Airbus commercial aircraft and helicopters that fly anywhere in the world.
Mr. Ram Mohan Naidu said that the nation has emerged as a hub for Global Capability Centers, with Airbus establishing its second-largest digital centre outside Europe in India.
The Minister added that the facility will enable country’s talent to design and develop critical systems for Airbus commercial aircraft and helicopters flying anywhere in the world.
