Telangana: FBO Naveen dies in electrical accident while on duty; PCCF Vinay Kumar expresses grief

Principal Chief Conservator of Forests PCCF (HoFF) Vinay Kumar described the death of FBO Naveen due to electrocution as a deeply tragic incident. Terming the incident—which occurred yesterday near Nakiripeta village in Burgampad Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district—as inexcusable, he assured that the entire Forest Department stands in support of Naveen’s family.

He asserted that those responsible for the incident would not be spared under any circumstances and directed the CCF and DFOs to take immediate action to ensure their arrest. He instructed officials to provide all necessary assistance and support to the bereaved family and to coordinate with local electricity department officials to take appropriate measures regarding the incident.

He further advised forest staff to remain vigilant regarding power lines while on patrol, urging them to exercise extra caution, especially during night hours.

Forest Department officials and staff expressed their sorrow over the death of Beat Officer Naveen. Similarly, Nagendra Babu, President of the Junior Forest Officers Association, expressed deep condolences and conveyed sympathy to Naveen’s family.
