The National Housing Bank has launched the Gruh Sugam Portal to promote a cost-effective housing finance system. The portal enables Defence and Government personnel to avail home loans with ease from the location of their posting.
The Ministry of Finance informed that this portal will accelerate digital lending adoption and financial inclusion. It added that the Portal will facilitate increased home ownership through improved access to housing loans, strengthening the mission of promoting affordable and sustainable housing finance.
