IMD Forecasts Heavy to Very Heavy Rain in Several Parts of India
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall over East Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka, Konkan, Goa, Kerala and Mahe today.
IMD also predicted heavy rainfall over Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, West Rajasthan, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and some parts of Northeast India.
The weather has forecast thunderstorm accompanied with lightning over Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Assam, and Tripura for today.
