Andhra Pradesh Signs Seven MoUs To Boost AI And Quantum Ecosystem Development

The Andhra Pradesh government has signed seven Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to accelerate the development of an Artificial Intelligence and Quantum ecosystem in the state. The agreements were signed in the presence of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu today at the India AI Impact Summit held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.

The state signed an agreement with the United Nations International Computing Centre (UNICC) to establish a Centre of Excellence in AI and Quantum technologies in Amaravati. The government also signed agreements with BharatGen to develop a state-level AI Tech Hub and indigenous AI stack, and with Calibo AI to establish AI Academies and innovation sandboxes in 50 higher education institutions.

Had a productive meeting with Mr. Sridhar Gadhi, Founder & Executive Chairman at Quantela Inc, at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi today. We discussed leveraging AI-driven solutions to accelerate smart governance and citizen-centric innovation.

Following our meeting at WEF, Davos, GoAP has signed an MoU with Michigan-based Calibo, Inc. at the India Impact AI Summit, New Delhi. The partnership will support 50+ higher education institutions in Andhra Pradesh with AI curriculum frameworks, sandbox environments, faculty development, and applied programs to boost student skills and employability.

In addition, GoAP, through the Real Time Governance Society, is setting up a State-level AI Sandbox with Calibo. This secure environment will help design smarter, faster, and more efficient public services that respond better to citizens’ needs.
