PM Modi To Launch Multiple Development Projects Worth Over Rs. 58,000 Cr In Amaravati
Prime Minister will inaugurate, lay the foundation stone and dedicate to the nation multiple development projects worth over 58,000 crore rupees in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh, this evening.
The Prime Minister will also flag off the construction of core capital facilities in Amaravathi, the green field capital city of Andhra Pradesh.
In Amaravati, PM Modi will lay the foundation for government and administrative infrastructure worth over Rs 11,240 crore. This includes the Assembly, High Court, Secretariat, housing for over 5,200 families, and urban infrastructure projects.
Among them is a 320-km transport network integrated with flood mitigation systems, and 1,281 km of trunk roads with cycle tracks and underground utilities, developed under the Land Pooling Scheme.
The Prime Minister will lay the foundation for a Missile Test Range at Nagayalanka in Andhra Pradesh. With an estimated cost of Rs 1,460 crore, the facility will include launch centres, indigenous radar systems, and other instrumentation aimed at bolstering defence preparedness.
He will also lay the foundation stone of the PM Ekta Mall at Madhurawada in Visakhapatnam, a project envisioned to support local artisans under the One District One Product initiative and contribute to employment generation and rural empowerment.
