Hyderabad GITAM’s Students (3) Selected for Prestigious Roles at Bharat Electronics Limited(BEL)

GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, proudly announces that three final-year B.Tech. students from the Department of Electrical, Electronics, and Communication Engineering (EECE) at the School of Technology (SoT) have been selected by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a premier Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Defence.

The selected students—Bhattu Saisrija, Gayatri Rachana Tripurana, and Kakkireni Manikanta—have secured positions as Fixed Term Engineers (E-II Grade) for a five-year tenure. Their selection follows a rigorous campus placement process, which included a written examination and a personal interview conducted by BEL at the university premises.

This achievement was formally communicated to the Career Guidance Centre (CGC), GITAM Hyderabad, via an official letter from the Manager (HR) & Member Secretary of BEL, dated April 23, 2025.

The GITAM leadership extended their heartfelt congratulations to the students for this notable accomplishment. Commending their success were Prof. D.S. Rao, Pro Vice-Chancellor; Prof. V.R. Sastry, Director, School of Technology; Dr. K. Mamata Reddy, Director, CGC; T. Lokesh, Deputy Director, CGC-GST and Prof. T. Madhavi, Head of the EECE Department.
