Hyderabad: GITAM Celebrates Dr. Lolla Siddhartha’s Remarkable Achievement in Pharmaceutical Research
GITAM Deemed-to-be University proudly announces the outstanding academic milestone of Dr. Lolla Siddhartha, who has successfully earned his Ph.D. in Pharmacy. His pioneering research, titled “Method Development and Validation of Selected Drugs in Biological Matrices by LC-MS/MS: Application to Pharmacokinetic Studies,” conducted under the esteemed guidance of Prof. G. Shiva Kumar, Principal of the School of Pharmacy (SoP), GITAM Hyderabad, represents a significant advancement in pharmaceutical sciences.
Dr. Siddhartha’s study has led to the development and validation of highly sensitive LC-MS/MS methods for the precise quantification of Capmatinib, Fostemsavir, and Relugolix in human plasma.
These state-of-the-art analytical techniques are instrumental in pharmacokinetic studies, drug development, clinical research, and therapeutic drug monitoring, ensuring enhanced accuracy and reliability in biopharmaceutical analysis.
His work underscores the transformative role of LC-MS/MS in modern drug research, paving the way for safer and more effective therapeutic solutions.
