In cricket, India is set to face New Zealand in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium this afternoon. The highly anticipated title clash is scheduled to begin at 2:30  PM IST.

Speaking at a pre-match press conference, Indian vice-captain Shubman Gill highlighted that India’s T20 World Cup victory last year has eased some of the pressure on the squad as they prepare for another major final. Paul Reiffel and Richard Illingworth, both from the Emirates ICC

Elite Panel of Umpires, will officiate today’s final. Both umpires were involved in the semi-finals, with Illingworth standing in India’s victory over Australia and Reiffel officiating New Zealand’s win against South Africa.

Team India remains unbeaten in the tournament, having secured a 44-run victory over the Kiwis in the group stage. Meanwhile, New Zealand won all their remaining matches, setting the stage for an exciting showdown.
