Registrations Open For WAVES Trailer Making Competition
Registrations are currently open for the WAVES Trailer Making Competition, an opportunity for aspiring filmmakers to craft compelling trailers using Netflix’s extensive content library. As part of the Create in India Challenges at the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit (WAVES), this competition encourages participants to reimagine iconic scenes or present fresh perspectives through the art of trailer-making.
The competition is open to students and aspiring filmmakers with a passion for video editing, filmmaking, or content creation. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in a statement, has informed that as of the 15th of this month, a total of 3,313 participants from around the world have registered for the competition. Registrations will close on the 31st of March. The WAVES summit will take place from the 1st to the 4th of May in Mumbai.
