Andhra Pradesh: Vizag Zoo Park (IGZP) witnessed a significant turnout on the occasion of ‘Nagula Chavithi’
Indira Gandhi Zoological Park (IGZP) witnessed a significant turnout on the occasion of ‘Nagula Chavithi’ on Tuesday, with a total of 9914 visitors. Additionally, the zoo generated a revenue of Rs.7,58,270 visitors contributing to the collection. All visitors were thoroughly checked to ensure that no one entered with firecrackers or other items harmful to the environment.
With an increase in foot traffic, this year’s Kartika Masam celebrations are expected to draw more families and nature enthusiasts to explore the rich biodiversity housed at the zoo. The zoo will continue to operate according to its regular timings, with the exception of being closed on Mondays, as usual.
