Tree Plantations Would Help To Tackle Climate Change Issue: Rajiv Ranjan

Union Minister for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying, Rajiv Ranjan, has said that tree plantations would help to tackle the climate change issue. Mr. Ranjan led a plantation drive under the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam initiative in New Delhi today.

The Union Minister said that the government is committed to the betterment of the environment and future generations. He highlighted the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam initiative and urged people to plant more and more trees.

During the event, he advised children to spread awareness about the mega plantation drive. Mr. Ranjan and MoS of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairy George Kurian also planted a sapling under the initiative.
