Delhi’s RML Hospital And Lady Hardinge Medical College Students Protest Against Kolkata Doctor’s Rape And Murder

Doctors and Medical Students of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and Lady Hardinge Medical College and some other hospitals in the national capital are protesting against the rape and murder of a resident doctor in Kolkata.

Meanwhile, some doctors have marched from GTB Hospital to Swami Dayanand Hospital. The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has declared nationwide withdrawal of services by doctors of modern medicine for 24 hours from tomorrow morning.

In a statement, IMA said that all essential services will be maintained. Routine OPDs will not be functional and elective surgeries will not be conducted.
