GITAM Deemed-to-be University is proud to announce the receipt of a research grant from the Ministry of Education, Government of India, totaling INR 74.04 lakhs. This grant falls under the ‘Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC)’ scheme and is allocated to support the research project titled ‘Molecular Study on the Role of Triple Negative Breast Cancer Patient Derived CD151 Positive Serum Exosomes in Metastasis’.

Prof. Dayananda Siddavattam, Vice Chancellor of GITAM Deemed to be University, shared this significant development in a press release issued on May 7, 2024. Prof. Rama Rao Malla from the Department of Life Sciences at GITAM School of Science will be the Principal Investigator for this project, with Dr. P. Vasudeva Raju, Assistant Professor in the same department, serving as the Co-Investigator.
