Hyderabad: Inter-University Sports Tournament ‘GUSTO-2024’ concluded successfully

The Prize Distribution Ceremony of the three-day Inter-University Sports Tournament ‘GUSTO-2024’ at GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad concluded successfully.

During the ceremony, it was emphasized that participating in various sports fosters a sense of sporting spirit among students. They learn to gracefully accept both victory and defeat, which are essential life lessons.

Prof. P. Trinadha Rao, Prof. M. Akkalakshmi, Dr. V. Phani Kumari M, Dr. Uma Sushmita Perepa, and Dr. M. Narayana Rao Choudary had the honor of distributing medals and trophies to the winners.

Earlier, the guests felicitated Bhavaraju Nandini, a Third-year B.A. Visual Communications student at GSHS, who participated in the cultural performances at the 75th National Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi.

The event was coordinated by Thapaswi, the Sports Manager, and Yeshwanth Reddy, the Cricket Team Captain, delivered the vote of thanks.
