Dr. Naveen Kumar Kottakki, Senior Technical Sales Manager at Riki Global Trading, Gachibowli, emphasized the importance of hands-on experience in shaping successful careers. He highlighted that hands-on training provides students with a deeper understanding of their field, offering insights and skills that traditional education may not cover.
Dr. Naveen, alongside Sanjay C. Mehta, the Founder of Riki Global Trading, delivered a talk on ‘Opportunities for Pharma Students’ and their Analytical Internship Training at GITAM School of Pharmacy, Hyderabad on March 15, 2024.
Dr. Naveen elaborated on Riki’s three-month program, which includes comprehensive training on analytical equipment’s in Chromatography, with a significant emphasis on practical, hands-on learning. He emphasized that this program allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, enhancing their skills and confidence.

Upon completion, students receive a certificate of completion, opening doors to job opportunities in multinational companies (MNCs). Furthermore, students may obtain letters of recommendation and benefit from expanded professional networks, ultimately leading to increased placement numbers for the university.
During the event, Prof. G. Shiva Kumar, Principal of GSP, extended a warm welcome to the guests and honored them with certificates of appreciation. Riki selected GSP students to participate in their Analytical Internship Training program, facilitated by Dr. Gatadi Srikanth, who coordinated the event.
