Singareni officials play a vital role in development of the Company: CMD N. Balaram
CMD Shri N. Balaram’s call to officers union leaders “Energise the workers – put Singareni at the top level”
Mr. N. Balaram, Chairman and MD of Singareni, asked the officers to work more dedicatedly for the development of the company while explaining the status of the company to the workers, along with the workers, the officers have the most important role in the development of the company.
He spoke to the leaders of Singareni-wide officers’ association (Coal Mines Officers Association of India) who met with him at Singareni Bhavan, Hyderabad on Wednesday morning.
In order to survive in today’s competitive market, the Singareni company needs to increase its productivity, for which every officer and worker needs to take full advantage of the working hours, and especially the officers should motivate the employees and drive them forward.
On this occasion, he explained the company’s production cost, sale of coal and the current financial conditions of the company. He asked the officials to suggest the structural measures that need to be taken to run the company on the path of development. He said that multi-departmental teams have been formed and sent to every mine with the intention of making every worker aware of all the matters related to the company, and there is a need to expand these.

He said that if the company is run profitably, we are ready to give suitable incentives to the workers as well as the officials.
The new President of the Officers’ Association Mr. Lakshmipati Goud, General Secretary Mr. Peddinarasimhu Mr. Saradhyamlu honored the Chairman of the Officers’ Association Committees in 12 areas.
On this occasion, Mr. Lakshmipati Goud said that it is very gratifying to appoint Mr. N. Balaram as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Singareni organization, who has vast experience of working in three important director posts in the Singareni organization and is a person who has grown up with the workers and their hardships.
He stated that under the leadership of the new CMD, the company will develop further and stand at the top position in the country. He also appealed to the officers who work 24 hours for the organization to be given adequate incentives. Requesting to provide free laptops to the officers and to please reimburse the children of the officers who are pursuing higher studies like the workers, the chairman stated that he will look into these issues and take an appropriate decision. General Manager Coordination M. Suresh along with other officers participated in this meeting.
