Khelo India Games: Jain University tops list in all categories of Swimming events with 7 Gold, 6 Silver and 3 Bronze
In the Khelo India Games, Jain University of Karnataka topped the list in all categories of Swimming events with 7 Gold, 6 Silver and 3 Bronze followed by the University of Kerala with 5 Gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals and Adamas University placed in the third with 6 medals played at the Dr. Zakir Hussain Swimming Pool in Guwahati.
Jasmeen Kaur of Punjab University won the Gold in the Women’s 10-meter Air Rifle, Devanshi Katara, University of Rajasthan bagged the Silver while Kajal Kumari of Manipal University won the Bronze medal at the Khelo India University Games 2023 Ashtalakshmi at Kahilipara Shooting Range, Guwahati today.
In the Women’s Table Tennis event, Chitkara University, Punjab won the Gold in the Silver medal went to SNDT Women’s University and Jain University & SRM University won the Bronze medal while Chitkara University, Punjab also won the Gold in the Men’s Table Tennis event, Silver medal went to Chandigarh University and University of Madras & University of North Bengal won the Bronze medal played at the DTRP Stadium in Guwahati today.
