Dr. Mahesh Kumar elects as Chairman of Telangana State Medical Council: Measures to strengthen the TSMC
13 members were elected in the recently held Telangana State Medical Council elections. After that, the council meeting unanimously elected Dr. Mahesh Kumar as the new chairman of Telangana Medical Council, Registrar Ch. Hanumantha Rao said.
After a long time, a new medical council consisting of 13 members was formed through this prestigious election through postal ballot.
The election held for a five-year term, Government and Private Doctors Pratibha Lakshmi (7007), K. Mahesh Kumar (6735), Bandari. Rajkumar (6593), G. Srinivas (6454), Kiran Kumar Thotawar (6434), S. Anand (6192), Nareshkumar Vemulapalli (6091), Yeggana Srinivas (6086), Kusumaraj Ravi Kumar (6085), Srikanth Jukuru (5974), A. Sunny Davis (5912), K.U.N. Vishnu (5844) and Syed Khaja Imran Ali (5695) were elected.

On the occasion of Telangana State Medical Council assuming new responsibilities, Chairman Mahesh Kumar along with members went to Tirupati to seek the blessings of Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Swamy.
Dr. Mahesh Kumar, who was elected as the chairman, said that he will work hard to efficiently manage the responsibilities of the council, especially to provide quality treatment to the patients.
Similarly, the chairman said that fake and unqualified doctors working in allopathic hospitals will be seriously considered and strict action will be taken by the council against them and those institutions and justice will be given to the patients.
