Hyderabad: Consumer acceptance towards use of coir products: Manager R. Indumahi

There is a growing consumer preference for eco-friendly coir products. In the context of interior decoration, coir products that reduce the heat of the house and provide coolness are stealing the minds of women in particular.

Coir Board is making special efforts to make available to the customers a variety of innovative Coir products with the best interior designs. Apart from this, it specializes in providing quality coir products required by government offices and hospitals.

Similarly, keeping in mind the environment, the board officials are working to increase the use of Geo-Textile in the construction of PMGSY roads and open cast coal mines on the permission of the government.

R. Indumathi took responsibilities as Hyderabad Showroom Manager

R. Indumathi from Tamil Nadu has recently been appointed as the new manager of Hyderabad Coir Board showroom which is the number one seller of Coir products in the country. She said that according to the directions of the board, awareness of coir products will be created among the consumers and the sales of eco-friendly coir products will be expanded.

She explained that as part of the Mission LiFE program undertaken by the central government, a wide campaign is being carried out on the issue of changing the lifestyle in favour of the environment. She called on the consumers to take advantage of the current concessions offered by the Coir Board.
