Ayodhya: Countdown starts for Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram lala Virajman

Only 4 days are left in the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram lala Virajman in Ayodhya. The preparations for the grand ceremony are going on on war footing. On the other hand, many rituals are also simultaneously going on at different places in Ayodhya. 

After completion of the ritual of parisar Pravesh yesterday, today the Teerth Poojan and Gandhadhivas rituals will be performed. All these rituals will be performed in the evening today. Yesterday Jalayatra, Teertha Puja, Brahmin-Batuk-Kumari-Suvasini Puja, Vardhini Puja, Kalshayatra, and a tour of the idol of Lord Shri Ramlala took place on the Temple premises.

The idol was also taken to the famous Hanumangadi temple amidst tight security arrangements as part of the Parisar Pravesh ritual. Later the idol of Ramlala was safely taken down at the Ram temple and taken to the doorstep of the sanctum sanctorum. Many other rituals including Ghrit Adhiwas, Pushpa Adhiwas Aushadhadhivas,  Kesaradhivas, Ghritadhivas Dhanyadhivas, and others will be performed till 21st January.

Pran Pratistha Mahotsav of Ramlala starts in Ayodhya

The rituals of Pran Pratistha Mahotsav of Lord Ramlala are going on in Ayodhya. After Prayaschita or remorse ritual today the ritual of parisar pravesh was held. These rituals and activities of Pran Pratishtha will continue till 21st January and after that the main program of Pran Pratishtha will take place on 22nd January at 12.20 pm.

Today the idol of lord Rama was taken to the temple area as per the ritual of parisar Pravesh. At1:20 pm today the Jalayatra, Teertha Puja, Brahmin-Batuk-Kumari-Suvasini Puja, Vardhini Puja, Kalshayatra and tour of the idol of Lord Shri Ramlala started in the Temple premises.

Many rituals including gandh adhivas, aushadhi adhivas among other rituals will take place daily till 21st January. Member of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi tirth Kshetra trust Dr Anil Mishra and his wife are yajman for performing all these rituals.

On the other hand direct flight from Ayodhya to Kolkata and Bengaluru started today. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launcyh the direct flight services through video conferencing. After inauguration from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 30th December the direct flights from Ayodhya to delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad have already started from mahrshi Valmiki International Airport.
