Telangana: Minister Konda Surekha unveils EPTRI informative poster on National Birds Day

National Bird Day was celebrated by Environmental Protection Training and Research Institute (EPTRI) today. On this occasion, the State Environment, Forest & Endowment Minister Smt. Konda Surekha released an informative poster designed by EPTRI to shedding light on the challenges faced by avian species.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Mrs. Konda Surekha called for concerted efforts for the protection of birds by advocating citizen actions like creating bird-friendly landscapes and installing feeders.

The minister lauded the efforts of EPTRI aimed at creating awareness among people about the vital role of birds in ecological balance. EPTRI, Forest Department officials and non-officials participated in this program.
