Coast Guard Wives Welfare Association (CGWWA) successfully organizes Blanket Donation Drive

New Delhi, 04 Jan 24:  In a heartwarming initiative, the Coast Guard Wives Welfare Association (CGWWA) has organized a blanket donation drive to provide warmth to the homeless during the winter season.

Amidst the chilling temperatures, the CGWWA, comprising dedicated spouses of Coast Guard personnel, has taken the lead in extending compassion to those in need. With a deep sense of compassion, the association recognizes the challenges faced by those less fortunate during the biting winter months.

The drive led by Mrs. Dipa Pal, President Tatrakshika was carried out across numerous locations in Delhi and Noida, by distributing new blankets to the needy. The purpose was to bring comfort and relief to the homeless population, offering a shield against the harsh winter nights.
