Telangana: Senior Director N. Balaram appoints as CMD, SCCL
The state government has issued an order appointing Senior Finance Director Mr. N. Balaram as the Chairman and MD of Singareni. Mr. N. Balaram took official charge as Singareni CMD at Singareni Bhavan today on the orders of the Government. On this occasion, he expressed special thanks to the state government, especially CM Revanth Reddy.

Mr. N. Balaram, who took charge as CMD, said that as per the orders of the State Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister and Energy Minister Shri Bhatti Vikramarka, we will work hard to make Singareni a leading organization in the country in all fields, open new mines and expand thermal and solar power.
He added that we are ready to supply all the thermal power stations in Telangana state even during peak power consumption without any shortage of coal.
Mr. Balaram said that as per the special direction of the state government, we will lay great emphasis on the welfare of the workers, and we will also pay more attention to the protection and take measures without sparing the cost.
He said that along with the development of the company, the development of the nearby villages will also be considered as a priority and the social responsibility programs will be expanded. The existing vacant posts in the Singareni organization will be identified immediately and the vacancies will be filled.
He said that in order to achieve the production of 700 lakh tonnes set by Singareni for this year, there is a need to increase the productivity, and for this he asked the management to cooperate with the officials, employees and trade union leaders.
