Punjab: Normal life out of gear due to severe cold wave conditions
In Punjab, normal life is totally out of gear due to severe cold wave conditions. The weather remained cloudy throughout the state on Sunday (31st December 2023). The state is reeling under severe cold wave conditions at present.
A red alert regarding cold day in 11 Districts including Jalandhar for next 24 hours has been sounded by the met office. During this, the present spate of bone chilling cold wave will further intensify due to dense to very dense fogy conditions.
