Telangana: Forest officials arrests accused who killed two spotted deer with the help of electric lines
As part of the Forest Head Office instructions with the campaign “Catch The Trap” Forest staff were regularly perambulating in the field and conducting anti snare and anti electrocution drive.
On 23.12.2023 Forest staff received authentic information and proceeded to one offender name Jadhav Balu house, resident of chinthakunta village of sirpur mandal, Asifabad Dist, and found 2kg of spotted deer meat.
On further investigation, cracked the case and took into custody of prime accused Rajesh, Buggaiah and Dinesh.

During the course of investigation it came to notice that they have tapped the electric lines around the Agri fields and two spotted deers got trapped and killed.
On further investigation, total 31 members were involved in the case, out of which 15 prime accused were taken into custody and produced before the Honourable Court on 28.12.2023. The Magistrate remanded 15 offenders and was sent to Asifabad sub jail for 14 days of judicial custody.
Further the investigation is going on and a thorough complaint will be filed after judicial custody.
