India finished the day at 376 for 7. Deepti Sharma with 70 not out and Pooja Vastrakar with an unbeaten 33 were at the crease. Other scorers include Smriti Mandhana with 74, Jemimah Rodrigues 73, and Richa Ghosh 52 runs.
For Australia, Ashleigh Gardner picked up 4 wickets.
Earlier on Day 1, opting to bat first, Australia recorded the lowest total of 219 runs against India, in their first innings, after getting all out in 77.4 overs.
