Telangana Election: Scrutiny of 4,798 Nominations Takes Place; Leaders Resume Vigorous Campaigning Post-Deepavali
In Telangana, the Election authorities held scrutiny of the nominations today. It may be recalled that a total of 4 thousand 798 candidates have filed nominations in all 119 constituencies in the state.
Meanwhile, vigorous campaigning resumed after Deepavali festival today with top leaders of major parties canvassing for their candidates.
Akashwani correspondent Reports BRS Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao has begun his second-round of campaigning and addressed Praja Asheervada Sabhas at Aswaraopet, Burgampad and Narsampet. He asked people to exercise their vote wisely to strengthen democracy. Party Working president K Tarakaramarao held a road show at Parigi constituency.
BJP State President Kishan Reddy has campaigned for party candidate, Krishna Yadav at his home constituency, Amaberpet. He alleged that the BRS government has not taken up any development works in the constituency.
Another BJP senior leader E Rajender campaigned in Gajwel, where he is fighting against the Chief Minister. Meanwhile, PCC President Revanth Reddy campaigned in Kodangal and addressed corner meetings at Doulatabad, Maddur and Kosgi. Lakshmi, Akashvani News Hyderabad
