Hyderabad: GITAM Announces Admissions for Ph.D. Program

GITAM Deemed to be University is pleased to invite applications for its prestigious Ph.D. program for the academic year 2023-2024. With campuses located in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Bengaluru, GITAM offers a wide range of disciplines including Engineering, Sciences, Pharmacy, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, Law, and Public Policy.

Students accepted into the Ph.D. program will have access to state-of-the-art research facilities, a monthly MURTI Excellence Fellowship of Rs.40,000, support for publication and conference participation, and the opportunity to ‘Earn while you learn’ through internships and teaching assistantships.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must hold a four-year degree in the relevant domain with a minimum aggregate of 75 percent, or a three-year degree with a Master’s in the relevant domain with a minimum aggregate of 55 percent.

The deadline for submitting applications is November 20, 2023. The Online Ph.D. Entrance Exam will be held on December 10, 2023, and the final result will be announced on January 12, 2024 (Tentative).
