Telangana: Notification for State Assembly elections to be issued tomorrow
In Telangana, notification for the State Assembly elections will be issued tomorrow while major political parties have already undertaken campaigning in the State. BRS Chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today addressed Praja Ashirvadha Sabh at Nirmal, Balkonda, and Dharmapuri.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rao appealed to people to have a healthy discussion over the development works taken up by the State government. He said people will be benefited if a government is formed, which can fulfil the aspirations of people.
Meanwhile, Congress Senior Leader Rahul Gandhi visited Medigadda Barrage, in Bhupalpally District. Later PCC President Revanth Reddy alleged that BRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao had wasted over one lakh crore rupees of public money with low-quality works of Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra Former Chief Minister Ashok Chauhan said the Congress is gaining popularity in the State day by day. Former MP Renukha Choudary said 8000 farmer families have been destroyed due to spurious seeds in the State.
