The B.Pharmacy and M.Pharmacy students of GITAM School of Pharmacy (GSP) –Hyderabad embarked on an educational visit to the T-Hub office in Hyderabad on October 24, 2023. The visit was organized and coordinated by Dr. P.Hyma, Assistant Professor, GSP, and supported by Dr. Pavan Kumar, Assistant Professor GSP.

During their visit, the students had the opportunity to engage in interactive lecture sessions with industry professionals at T-Hub. K.Vinay, the T-Hub events team, and Srinivas Taluka, Vice President of facilities at T-Hub, Mentor, and Motivational Speaker, delivered insightful presentations on the T-Hub mandate, activities, and the establishment process. These initiatives are the brainchild of the honorable minister for IT, K.T.Rama Rao, who has played a pivotal role in nurturing and mentoring the visionary incubation and innovation center of Telangana.

Additionally, the students were privileged to attend guest lectures by startup entrepreneurs who shared their journeys with T-Hub. They provided valuable insights into how their ideas were mentored and successfully launched into the market. This exposure to real-life success stories served as a source of motivation and inspiration for the aspiring young pharmacists.

The visit also included a comprehensive tour of the T-Hub facilities and working spaces. Witnessing the dedication and innovation of the start-ups and young entrepreneurs further ignited the students’ passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

“We are grateful to Srinivas Rao Mahankali, CEO of T-Hub, for his valuable support in making this visit possible,” expressed Dr. P.Hyma. “This visit has been an enriching experience for our students, providing them with an insight into the world of innovation and entrepreneurship. It has further reinforced our commitment to nurturing the next generation of innovative pharmacists.”
