Hyderabad: NALSAR organizes workshop on “Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013”
On Saturday, September 23, 2023, the NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad organised a day-long workshop on the “Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013” on campus. The workshop was organized by the Department of Management Studies at NALSAR and its student HR Club, HoRizon.
The workshop was designed to enhance the participants’ understanding of the legal aspects of the POSH Act. Its focus was on the legal obligations of companies, the challenges involved in its practical implementation within such organisations, and in-depth case studies.
The workshop saw the participation of over 400 industry professionals. The Hon’ble Justice P. Madhavi Devi, Judge, High Court of Telangana, graced the workshop as the guest of honour for the workshop valedictory function.
