Telangana: CM KCR virtually inaugurates nine medical colleges in the state
The Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today virtually inaugurated nine medical colleges in different districts of the state.
The colleges have been set up in Karimnagar, Kamareddy, Khammam, Jayashankar Bhupalpalli, Kumrambheem Asifabad, Nirmal, Rajanna Sircilla, Vikarabad and Jangaon districts.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said, these new colleges will ensure 10 thousand doctors complete their medical degrees every year.
Health and Finance Minister T. Harish Rao said the inauguration of new medical institutions reflected the state’s commitment to take healthcare to the doorstep of the common man.
Breakfast scheme for government school students from Dussehra
Another innovative scheme has been launched by CM Shri KCR’s government, who has stood as an example for the country in welfare. Strengthening the education system in the state and supporting the welfare of the students, the Chief Minister Shri K. Chandrasekhar Rao has taken another historic decision towards the welfare of the school students.
As a gift for Dussehra, the Chief Minister has decided to provide “Chief Minister’s Breakfast Scheme” to all the students studying in government primary and high schools (classes 1 to 10) across the state from October 24. So that the government will implement this scheme to provide better education and better nutrition to the students.
