Hyderabad: A fun-filled start for fresher’s at GITAM Tech and Humanities schools
Every student eagerly awaits right from their time of admission for their most remarkable event of the campus “FRESHER’S PARTY”. The 26th of August 2023 was a memorable day in the life of every fresher of the academic year 2023-24 batch at GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad campus.
GITAM organizes a fresher’s party every year and the joy spreads it for two days. School of Technology and Humanities & Social Sciences organized this party on Saturday. The main aim of this party is to give an affectionate welcome to new students. Such parties instill confidence in students and enhance their creativity. The most important thing at a freshers’ party is to enjoy moments of togetherness and make them feel good about being a part of their campus.
It is accompanied by so many exciting events and programs like ramp walks, traditional, fusion, and modern dances, breathtaking singing performances, and splendid decoration, thus making it a soulful experience. The fresher’s day was filled with excitement, joy, music, enthusiasm, laughter, and happiness.
The main attraction of the day was the contestants’ Ramp walk session, which was an amazing sight. And the most awaited moment was the declaration of Mr and Miss Freshers in Humanities, Shazia stole the show and bagged the title of Miss Fresher and Abhishek was declared Mr Fresher, 2023.
The freshers loved the welcome given to them by their seniors and appreciated their efforts whole heartedly.
