Hyderabad: GITAM doles out free stationery kits
As part of GITAM’s philanthropic efforts, free stationery kits were distributed, to students from primary and ZPHS schools in Rudraram, Indrakaran and Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSREIS) Khandi on August 14, 2023. GITAM students (E-Club, National Service Scheme & Venture Development Centre) distributed ITC brand classmate notebooks and stationery sets to the students.
GITAM Deemed to be University, Hyderabad, under the guided leadership of DVVSR Varma, Resident Director and DVA Mohan, Estate Officer, have been supporting the government-school students of Sangareddy district, since 2013, by distributing free stationery kits in association with ITC Bhadrachalam Paper Boards.
The Resident Director enlightened the importance and value of recycling, with the aspiration to inspire and involve the nation in a consolidated effort to preserve our precious natural resources and understand the worth of waste regeneration.
The elated students happily received the stationery kit and posed cheerfully with their gifts. Heads of the respective schools were appreciative of the generous efforts of GITAM students.
