Hyderabad: Extensive programs to create awareness on renewable energy sources: TSREDCO Chairman Y. Satish Reddy

Chairman Sri Satish Reddy and MD Sri Janaiah inaugurated the friendly cricket match between TSREDCO and Telangana Solar Association and presented the trophies.

Hyderabad: A friendly cricket tournament between Telangana Redco and Telangana Solar Association was held in a grand manner at Secunderabad RRC ground. The Solar Association (TESA) team was victorious and won the trophy. All three matches were exciting. Redco Chairman Y. Satish Reddy and VC&MD Janaiah presented the trophy to the winners. TSREDCO team received the runner-up trophy.

On this occasion, TSREDCO Chairman Sri. Y. Satish Reddy said that sports are very useful for mental entertainment. Employees who are always busy with work in the office said that participating in sports competitions will be a bit of fun and will also relieve the stress of work.

Also, more programs will be undertaken to create awareness about solar electricity. People are urged to increase the use of solar electricity and install solar panels on residential and commercial buildings.

TSREDCO VC&MD Sri Janaiah said that he was happy to organize Go Sports program like Go Electric. He said that every year such programs will be organized and steps will be taken to create awareness among people about solar electricity. Everyone is called to work hard for environmental protection.

Mr. Ashok Goud, President of Solar Association, said that they will also cooperate in undertaking awareness programs on the use of solar electricity. He said that if necessary, solar run will also be conducted to make people use solar electricity on a large scale by taking up programs at the district level.

TSREDCO GM Prasad, other officials, TSREDCO staff, Telangana Solar Association General Secretary Hari Babu and representatives of the association participated in this program.
