President Murmu to attend legendary freedom fighter Alluri Sitarama Raju’s 125th birth anniversary in Hyderabad today

President Droupadi Murmu will arrive in Hyderabad today morning to participate in the 125th birth anniversary celebrations of legendary freedom fighter Alluri Sitarama Raju.

The president will be going through a photo exhibition on Sitarama Raju and will virtually inaugurate Alluri Sitarama Raju Smrithivanam at Bheemavaram in Andhra Pradesh.

A 3D animation on the life of the revolutionary freedom fighter will also be launched on the occasion.

Tomorrow, she will address the 10th convocation of Gondwana University, Maharashtra. She will also inaugurate the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Sanskritik Kendra at Koradi in Nagpur.

President is on a five-day visit to Karnataka, Telangana and Maharashtra.AIR PICS
