Tirupati: Forest officials have caught a tiger in Seshachalam forest area. The same tiger that recently attacked the girl was rescued by the forest department last night 40 km away from Tirupati.
According to Tirupati CF N Nageshwar Rao, the details are as follows.
Recently, CC cameras have been installed in the area to locate the tiger that attacked the girl in the same area. Through this the tiger was located and trapped.
CF explained that the tiger got caught last night in this attempt. He congratulated the forest officials and staff saying that their efforts have paid off. Under the supervision of DFO, the tiger was trapped by the forest department staff in Seshachalam forest area.
CF said that the tiger in the trap of the forest department is very young and is just learning to hunt. He said that this matter was made clear by the attack on the girl. He said that if a tiger attacks, it grabs the neck part, instead of that, it grabs the head.

CF Nageshwar Rao said that as per the provisions of National Tiger Conservation Authority, Wildlife Act, after knowing the health condition of the tiger, it will be released away from human habitation in the forest area.
