TN: Sessions Court permits ED to directly take custody of Senthil Balaji
The Sessions Court on Friday permitted enforcement directorate to directly take custody of Senthil Balaji, who has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate for eight days from today.
The Court has allowed the authorities to inquire Balaji either directly or through video in the hospital. Speaking to the media in Chennai, advocate Saravanan said that the Court had denied bail for him. He has been asked to appear on the 23rd of June before the Court. He is admitted in the Kaveri Hospital presently.
