Digitization of PF details of three lakh coal mine workers in the country: CMPF special app soon

CMPF Central Commissioner Mr. V.K. Mishra said. that the account details of nearly 3 lakh coal mine workers in the country will be fully digitized and an app will also be made available very soon so that every worker will have access to complete information on his cell phone.

He was speaking at a tripartite meeting held today with Singareni management and trade union leaders at Godavarikhani. Every company has been asked to provide information of workers and nominees immediately for complete digitization. Also Mr. V.K.Mishra stated that meetings are being held across the country with the intention of getting the views of the trade unions.

On this occasion, Mr. N. Balaram, Director (Personnel, Finance) of Singareni Company said that special measures have been taken to provide CMPF to the workers immediately after their retirement. If the workers have any problems, if brought to their attention, they will try to solve them within a week.

He informed that the Singareni organization will provide full support for digitization, they already have comprehensive information about all the workers available through the app, other information will also be provided and CMPF will provide it to them immediately.

Speaking on this occasion, various trade unions expressed their congratulations on organizing a tripartite meeting under the chairmanship of CMPF Central Commissioner in Singareni region after almost 20 years.

Also explained about PF and pension problems faced by retired workers. Mr. V.K.Mishra assured on this occasion that the suggestions made by the trade unions will be considered. He informed that a decision will be taken with the board of trustees on the request to collect 7 percent PF on the basis of working days of neighborhood service workers.

GMs Mr. Chintala Srinivas (RG 1 Area), Mr. K. Basavaiah (Welfare, RC), Mr. A. Kumar Reddy (EE and CSR), Mr. Subbarao (Finance), CMPF Regional Commissioner Mr. Hari Pachauri, Assistant Commissioner Ms. Kanakamma, AGM were present in this meeting. (IR) Mrs. Kavitha Naidu, TBKS President Mr. B. Venkatarao, AITUC General Secretary Mr. Sitaramaiah, INTUC General Secretary Mr. Janak Prasad, HMS General Secretary Mr. Riaz Ahmed, CITU General Secretary Mr. Manda Narasimha Rao, BMS Secretary Mr. Yadagiri Sattaiah and others participated.
