Cabinet approves extension of Metro connectivity from Huda City Center to Cyber City in Gurugram
The Cabinet has also approved the expansion of Metro Connectivity from HUDA City Centre to Cyber City in Gurugram with a spur to Dwarka Expressway. This entirely elevated project will cost nearly five thousand 452 crore rupees.
Briefing media in New Delhi this afternoon, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said, in this phase, metro will cover a distance of over 28 kilometers having 27 stations on the route.
He said, this project is estimated to be completed in four years from the date of sanction. Highlighting the benefits of this project Mr. Goyal said, this network will be connected with the Indian Railway Station and will enhance overall economic development in the area.
The main feature of this line is to connect New Gurugram with Old Gurugram. In the next phase, it will provide connectivity to IGI Airport.
