India’s first carbon neutral village being developed in Bhiwandi Taluka of Thane district, says Union MoS Kapil Patil
Union Minister of State Kapil Patil said, India’s first carbon neutral Village is being developed in Bhiwandi Taluka of Thane district. He said, as much as 121 tribal villages are being developed as model villages.
While addressing press conference under BJP’s Maha Jansampark Abhiyan Mr. Patil said, one lakh 75 thousand farmers are taking the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Yojana in Bhiwandi Lok Sabha Constituency.
Mr Patil felt that many important projects including Thane-Bhiwandi-Kalyan Metro, Kalyan-Murbad Railway, Eight-Layer Majivada-Vadape Bypass, Shahapur-Khopoli Highway etc. have been completed and it is because of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that a new dawn of development has dawned in Bhiwandi Lok Sabha Constituency.
Mr Patil said in last nine years under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the welfare of the poor has been given top priority, keeping the common man happy as the sole objective. He said the life of the common man is becoming happier due to the rapid development works of planned public welfare. Patil said that the reputation of India has increased all over the world and the country is moving towards the golden age.
