Chief Minister Shri K. Chandrasekhar Rao wished to win gold in the upcoming Olympics and show the glory of India including Telangana to the world once again.

The CM made it clear that the state government will provide full support to Nikhat Zareen, who has already earned success on many world stages and has enhanced the reputation of the country, to participate in the upcoming Olympics.

Nikhat Zareen had a courtesy meeting with the CM at the Secretariat on Thursday. On this occasion, the CM clarified that the state government will bear the expenses of training, coaching, transportation etc. to participate in the Olympics.

For the related expenses Rs. 2 crore was announced by the CM. In this regard, the Chief Secretary of the Government, Smt. Shanti Kumari, directed the Chief Minister to take action.
