Singareni Director N. Balaram gets Best Director and Innovative Leadership Excellence Award
Mr. N. Balaram Director (Finance and Pa) SCCL was presented with the Best Director, Corporate Management, Innovative Leadership Excellence Award at the national level, announced and presented the awards at the ‘National Technology Day’ event held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha on Thursday (11th).

Meanwhile, the director of the company Finance and Pa Shri N. Balaram was presented with the ‘Best Director, Corporate Management and Innovative Leadership Excellence’ award in recognition of his services in the environment and forest departments and for his efforts to know and solve the problems of the workers through an innovative process like ‘Grievance Day’.
Mr. N.Balaram Singareni has personally overseen the financial affairs of the organization since taking charge as the Director Finance of the organization and has received accolades.
He played a vital role in fixing the financial affairs of the company during covid and bringing and setting up 5 oxygen plants from Turkey to Singareni as per the order of Chairman and MD.
Mr. N. Balaram, a forest lover, planted 15,000 saplings in nine areas of Singareni and received many awards. The plants planted by him are growing like forests today.
With the intention of solving the problems of the workers immediately, they organized “Grievance Day” in Singareni areas and tried to solve the problems themselves from the workers.
Also, he took a special initiative to convert all Singareni employees having bank accounts into ‘Corporate Salary Accounts’ and apply accident insurance facility through banks.
While holding the main responsibilities as Director Finance, he has been appreciated for his efficient handling of various responsibilities as Director (Planning and Projects) and Director Personnel.
He is currently holding two major directorships in a large company like Singareni. Implementing innovative ideas and taking environmentally friendly actions Shri N. Balaram is delighted to receive this award.
